Florence :
on the A1 motorway, take the "Firenze Scandicci" exit and join the
Strada di Grande
Comunicazione ("S.G.C. Florence-Pisa-Livorno") heading towards
Pisa-Livorno. Take the exit for San Miniato. Follow the signs for
Fucecchio and then for Montecatini Alto. Once you see the signs for
Massarella on your left, continue for 1km and on the right you will
come to "Via dello Stillo". There you will see the sign for
"Agriturismo le Colombaie".

From PISA
:
on the A11 motorway, take the "Chiesina
Uzzanese" exit and follow the signs for Fucecchio. Once you see the
signs for Massarella on your left continue along this road for 5km. You
will then see on your left another sign for Massarella. Continue along
this road for 5km and you will come to "Via dello Stillo". There you
will see the sign for "Agriturismo le Colombaie". |

From the Firenze-Santa Maria Novella railway
station in Florence, take the train for Pisa and get off at San Miniato.
From there, you can take a taxi to the farmhouse complex or you can take
a bus to Fucecchio, where you will find a bus for Massarella. The bus
trip takes around 30 minutes. |
At Florence airport, you can hire a car
and drive along the Strada di Grande Comunicazione ("S.G.C.
Florence-Pisa-Livorno") heading towards Pisa-Livorno. Take the exit for
San Miniato. To reach the complex, follow the signs given in the
paragraph titled "How to get here by car". Pisa Airport is located
around 30km from the complex - take the Strada di Grande
Comunicazione ("S.G.C. Florence-Pisa-Livorno") heading towards Florence
and exit at San Miniato is you want to hire a car. If not, take the
train to Pisa station and take a train going to Florence. Get off at San
Miniato. |
